I. Intelligent detection robot battery design requirements:
According to the customer's requirements and specifications, design and railroad track, aircraft and other detection equipment supporting the low-temperature battery pack, with temperature protection and other safety protection circuit, to achieve the battery and equipment supporting the battery solution operating in a low-temperature harsh environment.

Second, the specific parameters required are as follows:
(1) cell design requirements: ternary lithium material 26650-14S12P/50Ah/51.2V
2) Structural design requirements: less than 375x260x215mm, exquisite appearance, overall dustproof, waterproof and shockproof, with cold-rolled plate powder-coated shell plus special connectors.
(3) circuit design requirements: operating temperature: -20 ~ +60 ℃, motor power: 1200W, railcar driving range: 30-40 km, working 2-4 small four, charging 58.8V / 5A.

Three, intelligent detection robot battery design program
1) Sheet metal spray powder shell plus plastic battery holder: according to customer requirements design size meets the requirements of the sheet metal shell, the surface powder coating to do sub-black effect, to achieve exquisite design requirements, to achieve the requirements of waterproof, dustproof and shockproof, the use of one-piece molding nickel belt spot welding, with plastic bracket connected to the battery cell, the use of copper row across the connection, a good guarantee of the overall battery pack impedance and reliability.

(3) Overcurrent protection chip (PTC): mainly designed for the secondary protection function.PTC recoverable fuse has the double function of overcurrent protection and automatic recovery. PTC in battery products can prevent the occurrence of high temperature discharge and unsafe high current of the battery.
